Job Description:

Verify all return, credit, and debit financial transactions are processed accurately

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in return goods and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing guidance to others in the different tasks

Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs

Lead or participate in multiple projects (CBO, Tax, Freight) by completing and updating project documentation; ensuring efficient and on-time; following proper escalation paths

Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results

Collaborate closely with team members to implement the requirements and provide necessary Guidance

Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and drive process simplification

Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and Conceptualizing processes

Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders

Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules and Update quality matrix

Providing timely reporting of issues that impact returns, credits, and debits progress, Coordinating actions and resolving conflicts

Answering all questions of team members and communicate with onshore

Trains and mentors junior team members and Initiates knowledge sharing across team

Ensure to meet and improve KPI targets

Making sure SOPs, Flow Charts, Dashboards are been reviewed and are in place and updated

Ability to prioritize the work as per requirement

Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA

Nice to have: SAP ERP

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
