Job Description : The opportunity to become a Manager of Billing and Payer Contracts has become available with a thriving and growing community hospital near the coast of Oregon.

Join this established facility, that has been serving patients for over 85 years, as their Manager of Billing and Payer Contracts. This non-profit facility offers many inpatient and outpatient services to the patients within the community such as neurosurgery, cardiac cath lab, cancer center, respiratory therapy, laboratory services, and much more.

The Manager of Billing and Payer Contracts will report to the Director of Finance and will attend weekly meetings to discuss the objectives and goals of the department. The Manager will provide leadership to department staff and be a liaison for Clinical Directors and Physicians.

This person will coordinate the professional billing and collections of the ambulatory clinics and hospital while encompassing all aspects of the patient-centered process from registration to collections. The Manager will have the opportunity to compile monthly KPI reports to present to the Management team, as well as ensure regulatory compliance is being met.
