Location : Chakan, Pune
Qualification : Diploma Engg /Graduate, Certification in Safety
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience in Logistics or warehousing projects.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring Safety related activities, Facility maintenance activities
Facilitate the implementation, sustainment, and advancement of warehouse Safety through awareness and continuous training.
Conduct regular Safety Observation Tour and get the observations closed
Consult with management team and Safety manager while utilizing available reference materials, in order to accomplish the tasks.
Get all Facility related repairs/maintenance done
Carry out all Admin related activities including vendor management
Manage Vendor creation /Vendor payments
Hands on experience with on Safety & Admin
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for complete Safety programs at India Level .
Also take ownership of safety activities
Administer, take part in, and facilitate all Safe operating process
Attendance management for employees
To ensure Compliances for the Facility
Maintain report/ records related to Safety
Manage all vendor creation/Vendor payments
Handle repairs and maintenance of facility/Equipment’s
MIS reporting related to Safety and Facility
Site Improvements / 5s / Kaizens
Consolidation of Suggestion into Improvement / Kaizen
Skills:
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel ,Power Point
Salary Budget : CTC 5 – 6 LPA
