Position : Sales Advisor
Job Description : 1. Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer2. Position TML products according to the identified need of the customer to Qualify3. Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer and also comparing with competition, has appropriate product knowledge4. Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve TL in case not able to address the questions, has good knowledge of competition product & offerings5. Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined6. Explains and markets the various value added services available to the customer including benefits, process and timelines and negotiates and finalizes the deal including TMA7. Conduct lead qualification and update the form accordingly8. Generate quotation for the customer based on his requirements and considering the prevalent schemes/offers9. Guides the customer on the financing options, RTO process, insurance, booking amount10. Continuous follow up with the customer at each stage to convert the yellow form to sale11. Gets commitment sheet signed off with the customer after booking of the vehicle12. Confirms the booking by accepting booking amount, opening yellow form and completing all document requirements13. Calculates the estimated time of delivery and explains the delivery processes to the customer14. Schedule delivery time with customer and confirms after discussion with the delivery manager15. Follows up with the customer at each stage of selling and collects documents/payments as required16. Inform customer about revised estimated delivery date (EDD) while car is allotted in the system17. Perform pending activities as per delivery IFIR and delivery checklist as applicable18. Communicates with the customer in case of any changes to the delivery time, pending documents, balance payment19.
