Job Description : Key Result Areas / Key Deliverables· Ensure the best customer service to customer· Ensure to meet daily sales target· Ensure to have expected customer conversion ratio· Expected to achieve minimum benchmark Average ticket size· Expected to explain and open Monthly deposit scheme of average minimum value· Ensure to get feedback form filled up for all customers handled on the counterDaily Functions· Stock passing from vault and getting the counter ready for customers by 10.30· Opening stock counting· Grooming and appearance check· Working under the supervision of a counter Incharge, performing tasks including presenting jewelry, making sales, and inspecting jewelry before handing over to customer.· Check for counter are cleanliness and display properly done· Makes sure to listen to customers’ comments to know exactly what their requirements are and to know the kind of available jewellery pieces that will meet the specific needs of the customer.· Expected to present to customers the jewellery piece that they are looking for and provide them relevant information about the jewellery, including stones, cuts, and setting types.· Explain Monthly Deposit scheme and other schemes running in showroom.· Introduce Brand to new customers with all USPs properly explained.· Call up customers when their order is ready as directed by counter Incharge· Attend with smile on face, customers coming to the respective counters· Responsible for ensuring that all documentation concerning a piece or set of jewellery are included with the bagged item for delivery to the customer after being purchased, as well as educating customers about guarantees and warrantees of sold items.Presents the customer with the needed jewellery and provides information, such as pricing; and gives a discount (within limit) if need be· Ensure that no customers are left unattended.· Keep check if other team member is attending to customers properly· Responsible for organizing product window displays regularly and ensuring the security of all displays.· Directly manage customers· Do / monitor stock counting and tally during day closeExpected Start Date: 15/1/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftMonday to FridayRotational shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Retail sales: 4 years (Required)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
