Job Description : 1. Preparing quotation, Proforma invoices, Sales Order, email and check if the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, etc2. Preparation of different documents required for a Sales Process like Proforma Invoices, Bank Guarantees, commercial invoices.3. Provide assistance to the sales group by following up with the customers for various documents required for processing the orders and payments.4.
