Job Description : The role can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, based on the selected candidate’s location.

This role is reporting to the Sales Manager in charge of Field and Beauty Advisors for Consumer Beauty division.
It’s a key role where you will be exposed to multiple stakeholders, and you main objective will be to assist the Sales team with the daily operations such as:

Managing the Beauty Advisors App ( uploading the target per store per BA, if any promotion per retailer ..)
Being in a frequent touch with we crunch team
Consolidation of the monthly sell out target for all UAE BA’s and stores
Consolidation of the monthly BA sell out commission
Tracking the UAE team annual leave and monthly attendance
Support instore team with following up on new units updates ( visuals, cassettes …)
Maintenance tracker by raising PO and following up with the agency for unit fixtures

Requirements :
2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel , word..)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist the team whenever necessary
A finance or engineering background would be a great advantage
