Job Description : Experience: 4-5 yearsLocation: HFZA, SharjahSales coordination with internal and external customers, follow up for schedules. Work with production and dispatch to coordinate all these activities. Follow-up on payment with customers.Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.Reporting to management about daily weekly and monthly dispatch statement & dispatch plan (basic spreadsheet knowledge) store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.SO/PI/COR booking in SAP handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness giving the dispatch plan to the logistics team in line with customer requirements.Addressing the queries of the customers and providing them with the required information.Coordinating with internal departments and collecting information related to the order and closing on time.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and samples.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems; gather basic customer information to update the sales force.Work experience with African countries, CIS, and the Middle East is preferred.Should be able to handle multiple customers and countries directly.Work remotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Sales: 3 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 15/02/2022
