Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordination with other departments and stores. Handling administrative duties and handling logistics documentation.Core & Competitive Abilities LevelEducation Level Bachelor’s DegreeKnowledge in MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT, OutlookKnowledge in ERP software (SAP, SRM, Navision, BAAN)Knowledge Having HVAC knowledge will be added advantageKnowledge in Logistics documentationAbility to work in a high paced environment and multitaskingHighly skilled in communicating written and verbalFamiliarity with local marketSkills & ExperienceRelevant years in HVAC or same industryAbility to communicate effectively with different levelsComputer literateSelf-motivated and task orientedCoordination skillsCan handle multi task assignments and workCustomer OrientedTeam workResult OrientedBehavioursPriority & Time ManagementEffective CommunicationAttention to DetailsMain Performance AreasDuties, Responsibilities & AuthoritiesArrangement of Chamber Invoices thru Dispatch Team (KSA and Kuwait)Arrangement of SABER documents (KSA)Application of TUV CertificateCoordinate freight forwarding request to logistics for materials needed to be shipped by roadContact and create delivery request to DHL or any other airfreight company for items needed to be shipped by air.Creates Packing List both for land and air transportPrepares Delivery Notes, Loading notes required for shipmentCoordinate with other departments regarding material transfer requestMust always be updated in HS Codes of both KSA and KuwaitMaintain the HS Codes of items in system for KSA and KuwaitActs as the main contact point of KSA and Kuwait Sales team regarding export shipmentQHSE & Excellence StandardsComply with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and respective QHSE policies, procedures and guidelines.Commitment to deliver effective service to all parties dealing with them.Assure the achievements of department’s objectives and relevant KPIs.Comply with the Customer Satisfaction (ISO 10000, 10001,10002, 10003 & 10004)Understand and Comply with SKM QHSE PolicyAssure to achieve company objectives.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
