Job Description : Please find the details given below: Role: Sales ExecutiveJD: Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.listen to candidate’s requirements and present appropriately to make a perfect match with client’s requirements.maintain and develop relationships with existing candidates via telephone calls and emailsrespond to incoming email and phone enquiriesact as a contact between a company and its existing and potential marketsnegotiate the terms of an agreement and close candidate’s requirements.challenge any objections with a view to getting the candidate to avail recruitment servicescreate detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective candidate.make accurate, rapid cost calculations for recruitment services and providing candidates with quotations.review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targetsattend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.Prepare schedules and action plans to identify specific targetsFollow up with leads and referrals generated from onlineIdentify and resolve candidate’s concerns and Provide regular follow up on the inquires.Counseling candidates for a skilled/Work visa for UAE, Australia, Canada etc.Skills: Confidence – maintaining a positive attitude.Resilience – communicating with conviction.Active listening – understanding the candidate’s needs.Rapport building – selling your personality.Entrepreneurial spirit – continual self-improvement.The ability and desire to close the lead/registrationExcellent communication skillsA positive, confident and determined approachResilience and the ability to cope with rejectionA high degree of self-motivation and ambitionThe skills to work both independently and as part of a teamThe capability to flourish in a competitive environment A good level of numeracy.Target: To convert 30 profiles/Month (who will avail our paid recruitment consulting services.)Conditions: First one month will be your trial period in which employer can judge your accomplishment/return.If find comfortable with all details , revert me so that , your interview can be arranged with HR manager.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonus
