Job Description : Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales Activity By promoting our product in Institution like hotels , Hospital Industries. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.Responsibilities and Duties·Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.· Meeting planned sales goals.· Setting individual sales targets.· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.· The ongoing training of your salespeople.· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.· Hiring and Building Sales Team.· Promoting the organization and products.· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.· Visiting client location in India· Generating lead through different sources.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Sales roleExperience in Pharma or related industriesProficiency in English, HindiShould have a valid driving license and a two/ four wheelerHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniquesFast learner who has a strong passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachSkilled in delivering attractive presentationsExcellent communication skillsQualification MBA or any related degree of Marketing & Sales.Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 4 years (Preferred)Sales: 4 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
