Job Description : · Sales ladies are usually hired to meet the sales goals by convincing customers to buy membership. and mostly, a saleslady will be the first person that a customer will meet when she enters the club.· Working as a sales lady requires skills in customer service provision. Sales acumen, the passion to excel, and the ability to manage a high volume of work are all prerequisites to work as a saleslady.· Also need to possess a pleasant personality and the ability to work with tact and calm even when the going gets tough.· Sales Lady must be always active and full of energetic.· Sales Lady Duties and Responsibilities to Greet customers at the club all the time with friendly smile and provide them with information on their required· Lead customers and assist them in location· Explain membership features and benefits by performing demonstrations and answer any questions that customers may have· Provide information regarding prices and after-sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained· Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable requirements based on their specific likes· Create sales reports, detailing all transactions made in a day for the purpose of informing the management of individual sales progressSales Person Must Generating leads with friendly smile , Speak in a clear, audible and welcoming voiceMeeting or exceeding sales goals.Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.Preparing weekly and monthly reports.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Understanding and promoting company programs.Maintaining client records.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 monthsSalary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 22/03/2022
