Job Description : Qualifications: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.Experience: 8-10 years experience in product sales of Transformer Oil and White Oils.The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives. Achieve local and regional sales targets, coordinate customer demands, manages sales support staff, and advise the company about sales performance.Exploring different business opportunities and avenues with the aim to expand the business to generate revenues.Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base/network and promoting new product sales.Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to marketPreparing a strategy to achieve them. Developing sales strategies to expand in new geographical locations.Maintaining customer accounts by keeping good coordination to ensure a strong presence in the market.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceProject sales and determine the profitability of products and services.Coordinating with the supply chain and logistics team for the smooth and timely delivery of products and monitoring dispatch plans.Monitoring business trends across the region and keeping strong knowledge of compotator’ movements in the market.Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Preparing and presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Developing plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visitsPromoting company products through different channels like exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, customer visits to the company.ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System (QMS) / ISO 14001:2015: Environmental Management System / ISO 45001:2018: Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)Understand and follow the ISO international standards supporting the organization for continual improvement. Keeping the process in line with the standards. Participating in the audit and maintaining the records for audit.Actively participate in the ongoing/new project implementation and follow the SOPs in day-to-day work.Work RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per monthExperience:Sales Manager: 8 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 22/04/2022
