Job Description : The Reception/Sales and Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for providing front-line reception for Dharti Group’s current project and the day-to-day support for Sales and Marketing activity.As the successful candidate you have strong communication skills. You are poised, positive, outgoing and cheerful with a professional demeanor. You demonstrate integrity, honesty, teamwork and a genuine concern for others. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and you are capable of juggling multiple priorities with strong follow-through skills and attention to detail.Duties & Responsibilities:Greet all walk-in visitors, answer and transfer incoming calls, take messages and keep track of who is in/out of the office.Daily coordination of mail and couriers (sorting/sending/receiving)Ordering and maintaining suppliesProvide administrative support to all departments as required including; typing, data entry, photocopies, distribution of correspondence etc.Manage inventory/ordering of marketing collateral and sales samples, sales campaigns and company functionsEnter data in CRM system, provide project support on marketing campaigns, assist in the planning/organizing of trade shows, assist in maintaining social media campaigns and provide support for both internal and external websites as requiredPosition Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of reception experience with a strong administrative background in a sales/marketing environment.Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office and experience with Google applications.CRM experience would be an asset.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
