Job Description : Role and Responsibilities:
Exposure with Salesforce App cloud development using the Lightning framework, Visualforce, APEX
Hands-on experience in developing Triggers, Apex Classes, and VF Pages.
Workflows Implementation with Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Validation Rules,
Expertise in Lightning app builder and implemented new application based on Lightning to have compatibility of the app in mobile, Tab, and Desktop versions.
Worked on the designing of custom objects, custom fields, role-based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards, and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
Hands-on experience in Setting up Service Cloud Console, Cases (Web to case, Email to case), Solutions, Case Assignment, and Integration.
Workflow and Approval processes, Sharing Rules.
Requirements:
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Process Builder, Lightning UI/UX, app builder and creating Visual Workflows, salesforce support communities, and Chatter groups.
Good experience in implementing Object Oriented Programming concepts in Software Development.
Good analytical, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
High oral and written communication skills
