Position : Scanning Clerk
Job Description : HeplerBroom LLC is seeking a Part-time (Minimum 25 – max 40 hours per week) temporary Scanning Clerk to join our dedicated support team in our Chicago, IL office. This project is anticipated to run through June 2022 but could extend longer. No remote work options for this position. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail
Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
Office/professional environment experience preferred
Dependable
Primary responsibilities to include:
Scanning all documents to be profiled (saved) appropriately in document storage program
Assist with closing file process
