$14 – $19 / hour

Duties

Manage the routes of assigned areas
Effectively and efficiently schedule all services that are due each month
Properly notify customers of their scheduled services.
Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications

Previous routing/scheduling experience
Customer Service experience
Prior call center experience (Preferred)
