We are a graduation apparel company as well as a customization company. We process orders year-round for both companies. The position is for an individual who is willing to learn all aspects of customization (screen printing and embroidery), customer service, and order fulfillment as well as perform whatever task is needed to be done to keep the business moving.
The position is available immediately. Working hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday, most of the year. During March, April, May, and June, overtime is mandatory and scheduled for all full-time, year-round employees. Candidates should be willing and prepared to work at least 60-hour weeks from March 15th until June 15th. Overtime will be compensated with either time-and-a-half pay or shorter, fully-paid hours in the summer.
Responsibilities
Customization (Main Responsibilities)

Learn all aspects of screen printing and utilize these skills on a regular basis.
Create custom apparel orders from design to completion.
Clean and organize the screen printing area of the building.
Help maintain stock of all required materials.
Create custom products for orders by also learning embroidery, sublimation printing, and vinyl transfer.

Order Fulfillment

Pick and pack orders
Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse.

Customer Service (some may be required)

Communicate with customers through email, chat and phone.
Work with walk-in customers.
Manage orders through web-based order managers.

Qualifications
Candidates must:

Have great attention to detail
Communicate clearly through verbal and written communication
Work well under stress
Be reliable
Be self-driven
Have strong understanding of basic computer skills: typing, use of web forms, use of google documents
Be organized
Be able to be on feet for the duration of shift
Be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
Be able to tightly hoop products for embroidery (good hand strength)
Have sufficient dexterity and eyesight to thread a needle
Be able to work in a loud environment
Be flexible with regard to job duties and schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
