Introduction:

CSM – Certified Scrum Master

What will you be doing?
Experience with ALM tools – JIRA/RALLY -CA Agile Central
Proficient in any project management tool
Drive Scrum Ceremonies, Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach – various burn down/burn up technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, teams velocity etc
Act as guardian for the domain assets and ensure delivery roadmap are supported through the right design decisions in the portfolio.
The role must ensure deliverables to meet acceptance criterion of business requirements written as per Feature/User stories, Review and Approve pull requests.
Is capable of effective stakeholder management, supporting business for making informed decisions based on test results, possess good analytical skills.
Create and maintaining high quality documentation of reuse assets aligned to customer journeys.
Proven experience in defining / reengineering tools and agile frameworks
Participate in scrum forum analysis and conduct process improvement workshops
Identify and highlight discrepancies in design/technical specifications
Drive and Manage dependency matrices/ data matrices as deliverables from analysis/ scrum sessions
Solutionize problems identified during scrum meetings
Visualize, Identify and communicate long terms risks with project/ development approach
Detailed development solutions and verification of this with team stakeholders and architecture and design authorities

What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience in Agile practice & Scrum delivery
Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
Conflict resolutions
Coaching Agile practices
Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
Forecasting
Removing impediments
Creating communication channel (team, Product owner, stakeholder)
Strong debugging skills to help resolve issue during development as well as in production

Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to find ways to overcome obstacles and self-teach new concepts
Should have had experience of working with cross cultural teams at multi locations.
