Job Description : DescriptionPractical experience with a wide variety of software engineering tasksCollaborating hand-in-hand with skilled teams of software engineersShadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with seasoned professionalsCode like developers and design frameworks like an architect in automation domain using Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter, RestAssured, Shell scripting and much more
ResponsibilitiesDocument and test new software applicationsAssess new application ideasResearch competitor offeringsWork with wide variety of automation frameworks and toolsAdherence to policies, standards, and frameworks (ex. SDLC, ChangeManagement, Risk & Security)Solid, reliable judgement and can make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstancesIdentifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of change, in parallel to promoting an open and inclusive environmentKnowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
RequirementsBE/B.TechExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCritical thinking, flexibility and collaborationAbility to work in teams with excellent communicationExperience in Selenium and REST ASSUREDExperience in programming or knowledge in Core JavaGood to have Linux/Unix knowledge
