Skills:
Good exposure to Check Point Fire wall, Trend Micro & McAfee IPS.
Should have experience in working with Trend Micro
Should have basic knowledge of networking
Responsible for:
First Level Trouble shooting & debugging of issues
First level Incident and Service Request mgmt.
Remove virus from in scope devices
Open/block of fire wall port as approved by competent authority
Maintain related documentation
Creation of users and permitting VPN users access
Firewall policy Configuration Backups
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Work in close coordination with network team
Identify Performance Report Requirements and coordinate with reporting team
