Position : Senior Associate – Contract Administration Analyst
Job Description : We require a Contract Administration Analyst to join the Group Procurement (GP) team with experience in providing contracts management and support. You will be part of the global Group Procurement team, responsible for consistent management of all contracts and related processes.
Working in this vibrant and inclusive team you’ll be responsible as a SME for Procurement contracts administration and reporting, maintaining accuracy of organizational databases for contracts and other agreements. You will also develop standard processes for agreements management according to organizational principles and compliance. You will be a part in Interface with business partners and internal clients on contract management activities as well as generate regular reports. You will monitor GP ticketing tool and maintain e-catalogues within company procurement system. In order to this, you will process of DocuSign requests and resolution of contract management related queries from different business teams and analysis of contract and spend across categories and tender analysis, incl. development of documentation materials for stakeholder engagement. You will be a subject matter knowledge on Supplier Governance Policy and Operations, incl. contractual & commercial knowledge to support queries and issue resolution
To be successful in this role you’ll bring the following experience and technical skills:
Experience of working in a procurement / sourcing function within large, complex multinational businesses – ideally Financial Services
Experience of procurement, with knowledge of Finance, Tax and Contract related considerations
Experience in S2P and contract management operations
Enjoys and has experience working within a fast adapting and agile work environment
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as procurement systems and tools like Coupa, DocuSign & ServiceNow.
Strong data analytical capabilities, with specific experience in Sourcing & Category Management reporting & analysis (desirable)
Proactive and deliverable focused, with a dedication to delivering against hard deadlines
Relevant tertiary qualification supplemented by further qualifications is desirableIt is also desirable that you bring strong data analytical capabilities, with specific experience in sourcing and category management reporting and analysis and relevant tertiary qualification supplemented by further qualifications.
