Job Description : Senior Content writer – Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Content Writer at DNA Growth, you will:Will be ultimately responsible for all the content team and their individual deliverablesHelp the company maintain and improve the quality of all the content that it develops by overseeing content and language accuracy.Manage the content development process for various categories of content developed in-house.Head the in-house LTD (Learning, Training and Development) schedule and help develop the learning material for training the company professionals.Train and guide the junior content writers and other company professionals and help them improve their language efficiency.Develop training modules for Research Analysts for both grammar proficiency and expression.Help improve the company operations manual and maintain its relevance by updating new changes and improvements in the process.Coordinate with the senior management for improving the performance of the team and individual team members.Help the senior management in grading team members’ performance.Develop Marketing content strategy in line with the target market.Help define and develop new content strategies for the company.Provide language and content expertise for the company’s social media campaigns.Brainstorm strategies for improving the efficacy of internal company processes.Review content and language of assessments conducted for the recruitment of new professionals.If you are enterprising and not afraid to go the extra mile, DNA Growth is the place for you.Desired Candidate ProfileProven work experience as a Senior Academic Writer, Technical Writer, Content Writer, Content Editor or similar rolePortfolio of published articlesExperience doing research using multiple sourcesTeam Leading experienceExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishHands-on experience with Content Management SystemsAbility to meet deadlinesBSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Writers & Editors: 1 year (Preferred)
