Outcome Expected from them;
Back-end support for HPS-Technical support Engrs:
Support for handling the Honeywell customers problems by reproducing the issue in our Test Bed in Bangalore
Helping HPS-TS engrs by performing back-end work
Directly supporting Honeywell Customers
Take Honeywell Customer cases and understand the problem and provide the solution
Qualification:
B.E ( Instrumentation or Electronics)
Skillset required:
Essential Skills:
Experience of working in Experion LCN Topology/ Experion TPS Nodes. (ES-T, ESVT, E-APP, ACE-T, EHPM, ELCN, EUCN)
Expertise in multiple areas of controller IO discipline in C300/C200/C200E, UOC, IO’s (Series C, A, UIO), Foundation Fieldbus, FDM, Migration tools etc.
Experience of working in Honeywell Total Plant Solutions (TPS) system/Experion PKS.
Knowledge and usage of C200/C300 controller and Series A, Series C I/O and PMIO.
Knowledge of Distributed Control System(DCS) is a must. Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and SCADA knowledge will be added advantage.
Knowledge of general DCS topology , integration and control strategy creation.
Knowledge of basic field instrumentation for temperature/pressure/flow/level measurement and control and their applications.
Knowledge of types of process control loops – feedback, feed forward, ratio, cascade control.
Preferred Skills:
Industrial experience in process or power plant and knowledge of critical control loops.
Control strategy creation using Native Window
Control strategy creation using Configuration Studio and Control Builder.
Knowledge of Server and client topology and having work experience on FTE(Fault Tolerant Ethernet).
Knowledge of Alarms, Trend, History, Reports and basic networking will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or Test Life Cycle.
