Ensuring continuous supply of manpower for the plant
Ensuring that every employee in the Nellore and Kadapa Region undergoes two man-days of training every year
Ensuring that the administrative work is carried out smoothly at the plant
Develop capabilities of the subordinate with a focus on enhancing domain knowledge and behavioral skills
Ensuring the effective functioning of security in the Palacode Region.

Qualification: MBA HR / MHRM / MSW
Exprience : 10 Years and above
