Communicate with business, project stakeholders, analyze requirements for efficient solutions and implementation
Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects
Take ownership over architecture qualities of front-end applications (e.g. usability, accessibility, performance, etc.)
Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations
Maintain code according to the agreed coding standard and best practices
Bring a passion to remain up-to-date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development.
Investigate the latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs
Preparing, improving, and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within the department
Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
Preparing of technical documentation

Key skills
Strong proficiency in web-based technologies – HTML5, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), CSS, DOM, Polymer
Strong hands-on experience of web development in Angular.JS / React.JS technologies
Experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around resources.
Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Should have working knowledge of different architectural patterns
Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests.
Perform Complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis.
Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.
Experience in Identifying and troubleshooting issues with front end code
Strong ability to provide tech support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles
Professional, precise communication skills is must
Implementation, deployment or working experience with IBM TRIRIGA or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), UX development in polymer based on IWMS platform would be added advantage.

Employee specification
Practical work experience (& up-to-date theoretical knowledge) with Angular.JS/ React.JS is essential.
5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer
1+ years of professional experience as an Architect / Lead in projects with heavy use of modern frontend technologies
Familiarity (typical everyday usage scenarios) with modern JavaScript development toolset (“build” tools, packaging, linting, transpilers)
Confirmed project track of building enterprise-grade, Internet-facing web applications for business users (e.g.: security, RESTful Web API design, HTTP in-depth, test automation in the browser, i18n)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Self-driven, team player, good communicator & facilitator.
