In this role you will get to:
You’ll be building Priceline’s world-class iOS app for booking hotels, rental cars, and air travel.
Extensive programming in Xcode and Swift or Objective-C
Keep up to date with the latest iOS sdk & devices from Apple
Ability to create A/B Tests from scratch to build a best in class consumer experience with an ever-growing demand of our user base.
Constant forward thinking collaboration with passionate developers, product, and UI/UX specialists to create fast, stable native solutions built on top of Apple’s latest iOS sdk.
Build relationships and interact with across multiple Native Teams, Product Managers and UI/UX Specialists to create fast, efficient, stable code, with core iOS technologies to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
Provide mentorship and coach other engineers to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Who you are:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
5+ years of experience building native iOS sdk apps, 1+ live app in the store
Expert knowledge of Swift languages or Objective-C, the iOS SDK, and the Xcode development environment
Meticulous approach to computer science fundamentals including object oriented programming, unit testing, data structures, and multi threaded development
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
