Job Description : SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and self-motivated digital marketing individual. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and digital marketing, then we want to work with you. In addition to being an excellent communicator, one has to be efficient and disciplined. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms. The team member will directly work with the directors.Roles and Responsibilities Managing and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.Scheduling and arranging interviews.Developing email marketing campaigns and strategies.Assisting the Directors to coordinate and supervise operations.Updating calendars for various events to ensure that scheduling is coordinated.Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.Coordinating with marketing, web agencies, and PR to promote and publicise the event.Skills RequiredUnderstanding of Marketing and Mailing software and online applications (e.g. CRM, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)Excellent time management and communication skills.Knowledge of Digital tools, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.Ability to multi-task and take initiativeHardworking and dedicated outlook.Ability to manage multiple projects independentlyWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationshipsAbility to take direction and absorb information quickly.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Food allowanceHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bandra Kurla Complex Annexe, Kurla West, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
