Primary Responsibilities:
Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA/MSc
5 – 8 Years of experience – working on multiple layer of technology
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Engineering Practices
Agile: Must have working experience of 1+ year in “Agile team”
Data / Information Security: Good understanding of Data / Information security
Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns
Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
Good in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
Common Technical Skills
.NET C#: 4+ working experience of creating applications using C#, .NET 4.0 and above versions
API /Web Services: Working experience in Web Services / API, SOAP and REST Architecture etc. using ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Database: 2+ working experience of database (T-SQL) using Microsoft SQL Stack. Database Queries, Stored Procedures, Optimizations
DevOps:
Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation).
Knowledge of software configuration management and packaging
Knowledge of build tools such as Maven/Gradle
Cloud: Working Experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. OpenShift, Azure, AWS). Capable of demonstrating how to develop a sample cloud based application / micro-services architecture
Open Source: Demonstrate hands on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
Product / Project / Program Related Tech Stack:
Front End – jQuery, ReactJS, NodeJS, D3
Back End – C#, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, SOAP
Testing – JUnit, Serenity
DevOps – Azure DevOps, TFS, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Redis, Sonar, Fortify
Hosting – Azure Web App
Others – JMeter, Groovy, NewRelic
Development Methodology / Engineering Practices – Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFe)
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in product engineering
Knowledge of US Healthcare domain
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
