Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience.

Your Responsibility

Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex program
Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of the program
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approaches
Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features
Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies
Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (engineering, Business, product, leadership)
Recommend improvements and drive alignment across teams
Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization
Coach and mentor the organization to facilitate adoption and maturity
Lead and influence others including management on best practices
Manage partnerships with external vendors
Ensure the following of Scrum and Kanban Rituals as needed

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 7-11 years experience in project management or related field.
7+ years full life-cycle program/project experience managing large-scale programs that span across Product Management, Engineering/QA, UX, Business, Marketing, and Third-Party partners
3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
Proven track record of leading top priority programs with a high level of complexity
History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
Prior experience with agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Knowledge of large-scale Technical Program Management in Product organization.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, project management tools, etc.
