Job Profile and Experience:
SEO Technician with 3 to 4 years experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Technician at Vadodara location! As a SEO Technician he/she will collaborate with our US team to plan strategies and will be responsible for implementing and managing all the SEO strategies he/she is responsible for.
Job Role:
Strong track record of SEO and generating organic traffic on website.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & webmaster tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and practices.
Strong knowledge of content marketing and link-building techniques.
Result oriented performance for bringing organic traffic on website.
Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in website.
Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page.
Doing On page/Off page SEO and Site auditing.
Regular Reporting and data analysis.
Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices.
Expert in generating leads through social networking sites & related websites.
SEO Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
Identify key SEO KPIs.
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
Prepare and present reports regularly.
Identify our client’s persona to better target identified audiences.
Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
Collaborate with web developers and marketing team.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
SEO Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience as SEO Technician or similar role with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy leading a team.
Must have experience in web analytics, marketing, management and business development.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, YII Framework, WordPress, Laravel.
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data.
Work cross-functionally with development, design, product, marketing and project management groups to plan and implement SEO updates.
Work with Product Management teams to prioritize projects and develop roadmaps within an agile development process.
Develop, manage and provide SEO related reporting for cross functional and management teams.
Develop a framework and reports to systematically track and improve SEO performance.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
