Your Tasks
Proactively manage their areas of responsibility, in particular ensuring that the transition as well as the delivery of services to internal and external customers is done in accordance with all agreements and standards of service, including the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and engage teams informing them of lead measures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the importance of achievement.
Support in developing cost effective business opportunities as well as assuming responsibility of escalated issues and manage to reach a successful conclusion, ensuring clear communication throughout the company, to the customer and the Management team within Hemmersbach.
Communicate effectively with all levels of Hemmersbach Management, which includes producing reports to a high standard in a timely manner with accurate data.
Proactively use them to identify tasks undertaken outside of the SOW and liaise with customers to resolve this.
Proactively improve personal skills to achieve better performance and to improve the quality of daily business as well as motivate and train employees to ensure that the team delivers the needed performance.
Our Requirements
3 Year Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or National Diploma in ICT Related Qualification (Mandatory)
Any Business Management certifications (added advantage)
ITIL Certification (added advantage)
Strong skills in customer service, project management and quality control
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
Awareness of the latest technologies and trends
Knowledge of agile methods
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Presentation skills and advanced computer-user
Solution driven
Independent self-starter
