Your Role and Responsibilities
We build phenomenal products that our customers rely on so it’s important they are running at their best. As a Portals & Collaboration Solutions Specialist, you will work with the latest software to keep moving business forward. Whether it’s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5 – 9 Years of experience in SharePoint online
Experience in configuration of SharePoint services and settings
Ability to document SharePoint configuration and architecture
Proficient in manage site quotas and file size limits
Validated expertise in reviewing and monitoring usage reports
Demonstrated experience in managing content databases and creating new ones as required
Strong Communication Skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment.
Time management skills with the ability to work within an IT Service Management/ticketing system independently
Track record of working effectively within a team, and support to peers toward improved processes and results.
Ability to triage and properly classify incidents and prioritize work efforts accordingly
Drive continuous improvement efforts
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites along with security for them
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Understanding of Azure, Azure AD, experience in Object Oriented Programming, .Net and SharePoint development
Azure Certification, preferred but not required
ITIL Certification, preferred but not required
Migration of Active Directory environments
Understanding of entire Microsoft Office 365 suite product and solutions
