Job Description : A wholesale apparel company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to fulfill the Shipping/Logistics Coordinator role.
Job Duties

Receive and process orders in our ERP system, RLM, and in EDI
Check all orders to match cancel dates, price, and quantities
Maintenance of shipping schedules and warehouse work order processing
Coordinate order preparation with the warehouse
Processing credit card transactions
Work cross-functionally with Sales Representatives and Warehouse Team
Extensive follow up

Requirements

1-3 years of experience working in an EDI/Shipping/Customer Service position – wholesale fashion/apparel industry experience preferred
Experience shipping to boutique/specialty shops as well as retail chains
Must be comfortable with customer service as this role may require speaking directly to store owners/buyers, at times.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy in performance
Well organized, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
