Negotiate contracts with carriers, book spaces and make payments for transport

Manage the necessary documentation for customs, transport companies, insurance companies

Monitor and communicate the status of the shipment in real time

Check that the transport takes place as planned and remedy any hitches

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of experience gained in the field of international air and sea shipments

good IT skills , for the management of shipments also at the document level.

knowledge of the English language

Mediation and bargaining skills

Communication skills

Ability to work under stress while meeting deadlines

Operational autonomy and precision
