Responsibilities:
Review performance of each internal teams and 3rd party vendors against their contractual SLAs, identify gaps/issues and propose actions to remediate and drive improvements
Understand the existing ITIL Processes implemented, identify gaps in the existing processes, close these gaps and further refine them
Implement ITIL process across various teams from the scratch and take the teams on the transformation journey
Do consolidated reporting of various service reviews conducted and present it to customer
As a confident communicator and proactive professional candidate should establish and maintain strong and productive relationships with the IT outsource partners in order to ensure delivery against the objectives of customer
Work closely with SIAM lead in implementing and driving SIAM implementation
Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in ITIL process implementation
Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework, Service Management processes, managing IT Outsourced Suppliers as well as a high level of IT technical competence
understanding of Service Integration and Management Techniques
Excellent communication and writing skills and be customer service-oriented
Extensive experience in Servicenow
Minimum ITIL V3 Intermediate Certified along with SIAM Foundation is desirable
