Billing
2-5 years of experience in Accounts ReceivableExpertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity toolsSpecialist Knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts ReceivablePrior experience in process improvement projectsExcellent communicationProven experience in leading process improvement projectERP experience mandatoryCollections process specialist needs to have excellent command over the language and good customer management skills
Typical Responsibilities include:
a) Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
b) Deliver as per agreed timelines
c) Adhere to SLAs
d) Identify and execute transformation projects
e) Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
f) Ensure quality of the deliverables
f) Experience in Billing process preferably with Marine/ offshore certification related clients is added advantage
