Profile requirements
Must have well proven Testing experience of 4+ years in testing of BFSI projects
Experience in Banking domain will be an added advantage
Must have experience of System Testing and SIT
Experience in API testing will be an added advantage
Should be well versed with STLC
Should be well versed with SQL queries
Must able to create/manage/execute Test Plan
Must be able to create and maintenance of test data, tools and scripts
Must be able to identify issues, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing where appropriate
Must have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Analyse the Project documentation – such as ‘Functional Requirement Document’ – and prepare the Test Scenarios followed by the ‘Test Cases’
Update/Prepare the ‘Requirement Traceability Matrix’
Identify the ‘Test Data’ and ‘assist in preparing’/’prepare’ the same
Execute the ‘Test Cases’ as per the ‘Test Plan’ and update the result.
Identify, Raise ‘Defects’ by selecting a suitable ‘Defect Severity’.
Assign the defects to the developers and follow the ‘Defect life cycle’
Participate in ‘Daily Stand-ups’ and/or ‘Defect Triage’
Update the ‘Test Artifacts’ in timely manner
Report the daily progress to the ‘Test Lead’
Interact regularly with the ‘Business Analyst’, ‘SMEs’ and other project stakeholders
