Position : Social Media Coordinator
Job Description : The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in expanding and executing Outloud Media. S/he will work strategically to help with the distribution of content on Facebook across several networks.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has the ability to take on and learn from new challenge. S/he should have a passion for social media and business development – and must be capable of working collaboratively and in a timely manner.
This role will be based remotely and be a full-time 40hr/week contracted position.
**Communication with the team is required**
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm!
Key Responsibilities
Publishing and managing content calendars for social media pages
Develop and manage strategies and creative campaigns with influential social media creators
Keep up to date about emerging social media trends, technologies, influencers and creators
Write snappy and compelling headlines and content for social media posts and other marketing purposes
Develop and maintain databases of key data points including, but not limited to, account growth, budget tracking, CRM data, links, and social media influencers.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams – finding timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
Input data into the team’s pipeline/CRM, as well as assist in all key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion

Requirements
Essential:
Fast and reliable internet
Fast and reliable computer
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
Highly detailed, organized, and planning-oriented, with exceptional follow-through, initiative, and time management skills
Knowledge of Facebook, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack is helpful
