Job Description : SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER *Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for concepting, planning, writing captions and posting native content across multiple MBM-owned social media channels and will oversee the execution of the campaign strategy in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
Responsibilities:

Understand the strategy for posting and repurposing content across channels including Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels), Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
Directly oversee, brief, and provide feedback to Content Creators and Designers in order to remain on brand and in line with content requirements.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure that both evergreen and campaign assets are scheduled and delivered on time.
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
Ensure that the organization’s brand, identity, and voice is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels including comments and social bios.
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
Maintain a strong sense of awareness and sensitivity to cultural and world events while staying on top of current trends and competitors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and project management skills
Team collaboration and communication skills
Keep up to date with best practices on ever-evolving social channels
Bachelor’s degree required, degree in marketing or equivalent preferred
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite preferred
