Job Description : Open Secret is looking for a Social Media Manager who will ensure we have a unique brand voice on Social Media.From a Day To Day Perspective, You Will: Conceptualize and implement a social media marketing strategy and campaign plan for Open Secret Un-junked Snacks.Work with internal teams (creative and design) to finalize the creative route and drive executionOwn adoption, engagement, and efficiency targetsWork with cross-functional teams i.e. content acquisition, internal marketing, and designers to seek buy-in on plan and drive executionBuild and report metrics and areas of improvement to senior stakeholdersBasic Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders3+ years of marketing experienceGood to have Qualifications: 3+ years of Marketing Management, Brand management, or equivalent experience.Experience identifying customer needs gaps, defining brand identity, developing the marketing roadmap for a brand.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategies and present complex information clearly and concisely.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive marketing channel-wise efficiencyHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.Prior work experience with D2C brands.Collaborative working style.
