Job Description : Designation – Social Media Manager / StrategistJob Description: -· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals· Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews· Managing college sponsorship events· Creating push notifications for the app (using a specific tool)· Managing influencer collaboration· Visit restaurants for content creation· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications· Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sourcesSkill Sets Required : · Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity· Strong communication and presentation skills photo and video-editing experience· Organizational skills· Analytical ability· An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once· Problem-solving skillsDesigning skillsGreat networking skillsMust be result-orientedExperience: – Minimum 1-3 year’s experience in Content Marketing / Social Media Handling- At least 6 months of experience in working in Marketing Agency.· Proven work experience as a Social media manager· Hands-on experience in content management· Excellent copywriting skills· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Compensation Details: Depending on skill sets 3.5L – 5LPA/- (For experienced / smart candidates’ compensation can be extended)Perks:1) Casual Attire2) Experience high growth start-up ecosystem3) Chill environment4) Flexible working hours5) Your work has a visible impact.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Social Media Handling: 1 year (Required)Content creation: 1 year (Required)
