Job Description : We are looking for a talented social media and content manager to administer our social media accounts and create a unified community. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies on the latest trends, including the tone and language of Gen Z and millennials in messaging. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.Role and responsibilitiesManaging the content output for the company’s online presenceWorking closely with the Head of Marketing to devise a social media strategyOptimising content on the website, focusing on boosting SEO rankings and improving organic conversions.Producing content, including on-site content, imagery, video, written content, and blogsManaging multiple social media accounts simultaneously, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. Potentially all social media platforms used by Gen Z.Expand and manage the social media presence to increase their following, brand awareness and drive traffic to the websiteProvide digital and social analytics and analysis to help optimise activityManaging the yearly, monthly and weekly content calendar, and social strategies to increase growth across the businessResearching various topics to create engaging and relevant content for the site / social media, and executing this contentManaging paid social media campaigns, monthly budgets and reporting the ROI.The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, self-motivated, self-managing fast learner who is willing to take on many roles to grow with the company.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FreelanceSalary: ₹12,260.00 – ₹48,998.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)
