Job Description : We are looking for 5+ years of experience and creative Social Media Manager/ Sr. Manager to join our team.Required skills· 5yrs years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role· Minimum 1 year of experience with Digital Marketing agency handling multiple accounts· Content writing skills· Should have worked with Big brands and B2C category· Should have great communication skills to front end client communication· Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices· Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research· Good understanding of social media KPIs· Excellent multitasking skills· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills· Team player· Good time-management skills· Great interpersonal and communication skillsResponsibilities and duties· Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy· Define most important social media KPIs· Manage and oversee social media content· Measure the success of every social media campaign· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies· Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer· Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams· Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network· Provide constructive feedback· ORM and response management on various platforms like Social media, Quora etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Social media management: 5 years (Preferred)B2C: 1 year (Preferred)working in Agency: 1 year (Preferred)
