Position : Spanish speaking intake specialist for a Law firm

Job Description : Seeking an enthusiastic Spanish speaking intake specialist to assist our intake department with the new Spanish calls and sign-ups.
Responsibilities

Assist with Contacting and responding to all potential clients via phone, email, and website
Persistently following up with any leads that didn’t respond
Gathering all information and establishing a rapport with the potential clients.
Assist with adding and updating information into the firm’s client management system.

Skills

Possess a strong intake background, preferably in a law firm.
Resourceful and motivated to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using online database software, MS Office
Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude, detail oriented with multitasking and organizational ability
Fluent in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay

Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
