Role Description
Media & Digital Marketing Manager, a key member of the marketing team, will be responsible for driving user growth and consumer engagement leveraging both offline and online media.
This role will entail
Deep understanding of the consumer
Understanding of the media and media technology ecosystem
Creating engaging brand experiences leveraging both paid and owned media
Enabling user growth through performance marketing
Retaining & engaging existing consumer base
Driving marketing effectiveness in alignment with the defined business goals.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly evolving business and is keen to build a differentiated brand and business.

Key Responsibilities
Annual Media Strategy and Plan: Develop the annual media strategy and activity calendar for both retail bank segments and products; and basis the defined business objectives. Continuously track the progress of the activity calendar, measure the effectiveness of every activity and report the progress on a regular basis to key stakeholders appropriately.
Campaign Design and Execution – Media planning and Buying: Work with media agency partners to design and develop media campaigns for both online and offline medium. Track the efficiency & effectiveness of the campaigns and report as and when required.
User Acquisition Strategy and Execution – Performance Media: Define and own the user acquisition strategy and execution plan in alignment with the business objectives leveraging online marketing channels.
Consumer Engagement and Retention: Own the lifetime journey of the consumer and drive the business objectives by engaging with the consumer leveraging media touchpoints

Experience and Skills
5-10 years of hand on experience in driving business results leveraging both online and offline media channels either in an agency or an advertiser
Strong hands on experience in leveraging media for driving performance objectives (a must have) and brand objective (a good to have).
In-depth understanding of media, digital and advertising ecosystem
Demonstratable experience in managing high performance teams.
Strong experience working in cross functional teams (local and global) with and ability to influence key stakeholders with data driven and insightful point of view
MBA from a premier institute
