Successfully integrates across multiple product lines and businesses
Thorough knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, goals, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics

Establishes short to medium term (<3 years) operational decisions Analyzes unusual and non-recurring related supply problems requiring diagnosis, testing and judgement of which approach or procedure is most appropriate Takes a business approach to scheduling and managing resources, future needs of the business, as well as functional and organizational policies and precedents Applies change management knowledge ensuring SQE set up new style for assigned business Develops and implements the job and organization structure and functional processes/procedures necessary to successfully deliver the work of the unit Exercises judgement and influence on key procurement decisions (e.g. standards and policies, vendor selection, cost, contractual clause) within the team Leads supplier quality teams in BU/BG, Manufacturing Plant, or Supplier Development To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master preferred Minimum 5 years’ supplier quality management experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device, Aerospace, Defense, Biotech or Automotive) Detailed knowledge and experience of APQP and related PPAP tools Well versed in Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement techniques Direct shop-floor production engineering sustaining experience Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead through influence Experience having direct working relationships with suppliers Flexible mindset and proactive approach Excellent communication skills in English Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time This post is listed Under Jobs in administration Disclaimer : Hugeshout works to publish latest job info only and is no where responsible for any errors.
