Job Description : 1. Take and monitor patients’ vital signs.2. Provide pre- and post-operative education.3. Administer the fertility medications, including administration of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.4. Explain the treatment process to the patients.5. Provide assistance to the Physician in conducting scans.7. Prepare and administer (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and record prescribed medications.8. Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding9. Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate10. Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being throughout the care continuum.12.Coordination with the front desk team and the Physicians.13.
