L1/L2 skills in EMC/NetApp storage devices – installation, configuration and administration, documentation
Expert in Netapp (C Mode ,7 Mode) or EMC
Expert in NetApp Technologies
Knowledge on Brocade switches
Define/Recommend/Maintain Storage & Backup Standards and Architecture
Transition knowledge from customer and other stakeholders
RISK identify and providing recommendation in storage Domain
Knowledge EMC Storage, Sizing, effort estimations for existing & new projects
Problem Management and Impact Analysis
Expert in performance troubleshooting
Capacity Management for Storage
Mandatory skills EMC Storage: VMAX, VNX, SRDF
Mandatory skills NetApp Storage: C mode, Brocade, Switch administration, NetApp Snap Mirror
