Job Description : 1. Checking of education mail on daily basis and sending it to related department or person2 Coordinating with the seller and dispatch officers while processing the order3 Ensure that no delay in procurement happens and in case there is a delay the store will keep the respective department updated about the same4 For on spot purchase – To ensure that items are purchased from the market after survey of prices is carried out in detail5 Maintaining vendor list as well as file for record which will help in purchasing of material and goods6. Making purchase order for the indent item and goods7. Preparation of monthly budget for purchasing of goods / items8 Purchasing items for campus, mess & KTH / COE Mess as per the indent and maintain the proper stock for smooth running of Mess9 Submit final invoices to the account department10 Time to time involvement in other activities of college11 To ensure that the required order is within the agreed budget12 To keep real time check on indent request and as per requirement get fresh quotation of vendors, preparation of comparative rates and first level negotiation before seeking for approval and then purchase accordingly after the approval of Indents by the concerned authority13 To keep the track of vendors and up-to-date record of new vendors registration on ERP 14 While the goods are delivered in campus ensure that bills have the Stamp of main gate security and “Register serial number” before sending to Store for necessary actionJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per monthSchedule:Weekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:mohanlalganj lucknow, Lucknow – 227301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)two: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)english and hindi (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Application Deadline: 25/03/2022
